Wow🙌👏 the restaurant stuff (Tebogo, Thabo, and Ronald) was friendly and gave us exceptional service. We had some unexpected incident where my partner caught flu and had sudden fever and Ronald helped us very well and prepared a mixture of lemon, cinnamon, and ginger for my partner to drink. I was really impressed with how he helped us, and for his kind gesture, we're definitely coming back next year. The reception stuff were nice and friendly. They attended us immediately when we arrived and made us feel at home. Game drive tour was really fun and educative. Shumba was out driver on the day (12 Dec 2023), and he was really nice and made us enjoy the game drive tour. He was exceptional and explained everything in details and made sure we are enjoying. He's really funny. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean, the stuff was amazing, and the food was so delicious. Everything was worth the price and I highly recommend a night or 2 nights at The Ranch Resort to anyone who wants to enjoy and get fresh air...

I felt like the staff went above and beyond here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I really had a great time here and felt that every need I had could be met. It wasn't overly busy and I felt relaxed. I enjoyed the pool and gym area, both very well kept and clean. Bed was very comfortable and room was pretty large! Temperature in the rooms were perfect, and well-controlled with the aircon. There was a lot of choice for the breakfast.

My husband and I stay in the Bushveld and whenever we travel to Polokwane, we always try to stay over at the Ranch. Because we stay on a farm and love the bushveld so much it always feels like we are at home far away from home. We love the breakfast, there is always a variety to choose from, and they make the best coffee ever!! The Chef in the Restaurant, met our dietary requirements. Thanx Chef!!!!!!!!

We had a great stay. There was clean and the staff was smiling and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and had a lovely dinner at the buffet restaurant. We stayed in a golf charlot. it had a perfect view and we enjoyed to sit at the terrance and look at Impalas ect. Our cleaning lady was a joy. And Joel in the pool bar/restaurant was alwas on hes toes top help us. We would love a second stay there..

The facility is in perfect area, easy to get to The staff is friendly and always willing to help It was peak season but there was order The room was clean and big Everything was working as it should Parking was exceptional Both cold and heated was amazing The gym was good Animal farm was just ok Food was expensive but we could afford when we compare with the offers from the Club House.
